THE H.I.I.T TRAINING PROGRAM
Our functional training program is based on the High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) methodology. All studies have shown that High-Intensity Interval training will help you lose weight and body fat. We believe that humans have to move how the body is built to move and this way be better prepared for what life throws at you.
HIIT training will help you burn more fat overall. Our training consists of a perfect mix of strength and conditioning training. The amount of fat our body needs to function is small, the remaining fat we have stored is excessive fat and a threat to our body.

*Not only is our training the perfect mix of conditioning and weight training to help you lose body fat and gain muscle mass, 3 or longer memberships include free monthly consultation with a coach to get body composition, address challenges/solutions and plan for futures goals. * We use real-time data from your heart rate and calorie monitor in our classes to back-up our coaching. Not only are our coaches able to motivate and push you harder to your ability during class, but we are also able to coach you better with the data we gather from your training sessions.
